BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
  • Please telephone or email to check availability before completing the booking form.
  • Telephone bookings are accepted up to 9.00pm but your confirmation and deposit must be received within 3 working days to secure your booking.
  • A deposit of 30% is required to secure a booking.
  • The balance must be paid within 8 weeks of the date of arrival. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior  to the holiday date, full payment is due at the time of booking.
  • In the event of the balance not being paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-let the cottage.  Deposits are non-refundable.   In the event of a cancellation after the balance has been paid we will make every effort to re-let the cottage and refund accordingly. However, if this is not possible we regret that we would be unable to return payment.  Guests are therefore advised to take out cancellation insurance.
  • All bookings are from 3.30pm on the date of arrival until 10.00am on the date of departure.
  • The cottage and all furniture, fittings and effects in or on the property must be left in the same state of repair and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning.
  • You must report and pay for any damage, loss or breakages in the cottage during your stay.
  • Only guests named on the booking form are permitted to stay.
  • No pets.  No smoking.
  • Payment of the deposit is taken as accepting these terms and conditions.
  • Receipt of deposit will be confirmed in writing by the owners.
