This attractive and well equipped self catering cottage is a pretty conversion of a flint farm building. It is situated in the grounds of our Georgian farmhouse, facing a suntrap courtyard abd beautiful garden. It enjoys spectacular sunsets across open fields. It's location is equidistant between Chichester and Bognor Regis, and within a few minutes of the beaches at Aldwick and Pagham. This lovely, self catering cottage is also conveniently placed for both Goodwood Racecourse and Fontwell racecourse and also the Chichester Festival Theatre or Arundel. We are near to many local amenities and attractions, including horse riding, golf, watersports and walking along the coast and also in the South Downs. It is also an ideal location for those wishing to attend either the Goodwood Festival of Speed or the Goodwood Revival Meeting. There is plenty to interest those looking for historic Chichester including its Roman past such as the Roman Palace at Fishbourne. All are very accessible. The excellent PADI diving school at East Wittering and the spectacular beauty of East Head at West Wittering are 20 minutes away by car. We welcome walkers and cyclists and will be happy to give advice on some of our favourite walks.

Please note that we cannot accept dogs as our hens wander around the garden. We also ask guests not to smoke in the cottage.
