The cottage has one double and one twin room, both furnished to a high standard. The stylish wetroom features a large ‘rain’ shower and under floor heating, however it may not be suitable for very young children.

The interior of the cottage is attractively decorated in a calm, contemporary style (absolutely no frills or chintz!), with a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with oak floors, vaulted ceiling and fully fitted kitchen.

Furniture and fittings are of a high standard and include:
• Electric fan oven, gas hob and microwave
• Dishwasher (detergent provided)
• Well equipped kitchen with sharp knives, quality utensils and plain white china!
• Full central heating and hot water ‘on demand’
• Colour TV with Freeview channels, DVD player, CD/tape player, radio
• Ample parking with under cover storage for bicycles
• Washing machine/tumble dryer available in separate laundry
• Quality bed linen and towels included (guests are asked to provide their own beach towels or we can supply these for an additional charge of £3 per person

The cottage has a small garden facing the courtyard, with its own garden furniture. Guests are also welcome to use the large, raised terrace which makes up the third side of the courtyard. We also have a secluded five-acre paddock at the end of the garden, which is ideal for older children to play football, fly kites or even camp out for a night or two. Do please be aware that our neighbouring farmer grazes sheep in the paddock from time to time and ensure children understand the country code.
